Do you allow international delivery?

We offer various tracked delivery options depending on your location. Shopping outside of the US will take about 6-10 working days after dispatch.

How do I place an order?

Simply select the items that you are interested in, add them to your online shopping cart and select checkout when you are ready to make payment. You do not necessarily need to create an account, but do bear in mind that checkout will be a bit easier if you have an account.

Which steps should I follow at checkout?

Once you are at the checkout page, you can either check out as a guest, or sign up for an account. We would always recommend signing up for an account as it makes checking out easier by storing your billing and shipping addresses. Do bear in mind, The Gem Mining Wholesale provides , and we will never share your details with a third party.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I change my delivery address?

You will be able to use a separate delivery address to your billing details.

How do I know my order has gone through?

Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email to tell you your order has been received safely. Please ensure that we have your correct email address.

When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch all orders we receive before 3pm Monday to Friday the same
day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on
Monday. Orders placed by 3 pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will dispatched on that day. Delivery after dispatch is 1-6 working days.

What is our ethical and environmental stance?

We take our ethical and environmental responsibilities seriously. We seek information and assurances from our suppliers that they treat their employees with respect and do not employ child labour. Many of our suppliers have an active involvement in their local communities, often contributing time or money.

Because we always try to deal directly with the manufacturers of our products, this means we can ensure that their products are ethically sourced. Particularly with our Native American Herbs and Plants it is important to us that these are sustainable harvested, the same goes for our abalone shells.

We are always developing ways to become more environmentally aware,
this is an ever evolving process but something we are always conscious of. Many of our candles are made from natural plant wax or soya and are sourced environmentally (we never use petroleum).

Are your crystals genuine?

All our crystals and crystal products displayed on our website are genuine unless otherwise stated. For instance, some stones such as Goldstone are actually man-made and certain types of crystal jewellery can be made from reconstituted stones (such as Turquoise). If this is ever the case, each product will be clearly labelled as such.

We try to provide as much information as we can about each crystal but please feel free to contact us if you have any queries

Do you have a shop or catalogue?

We are located in a market in the Denver area. We have office space and a warehouse but we don't have a shop as such, and don't promote ourselves in this way.

Due to health and safety we unfortunately cannot allow customers into our warehouse, but if you would like to collect your order from us that's absolutely fine. Please let us know by ringing in or leaving a note in your extra instructions upon placing your order that you would like to collect your parcel, plus the approximate time/date you will be arriving so we can have this ready for you.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please email us at info@gemmininingwholesale.com. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will sort out your refund as soon as we receive the items back.
